Brookelyn Starts T-Ball!

Brookelyn recently started playing t-ball for the Speedy Cats! While she has never played before and knew nothing about baseball, she LOVES it! Here is Miss Brookelyn playing right field:

Notice the princess glove?! She fought her Daddy for that! Here she is hitting the ball:Miss social butterfly makes friends with everyone, so of course she had to stop and chat with the first baseman!

And, she SCORES!

And, then poses for her close-up!
Brookelyn's favorite position is catcher. She likes being able to put the ball on the tee for the batter.
She has already improved drastically, so by the end of the season, we may have a pro!

Happy Easter!

Easter 2011 was GREAT! The kids must have been very good, because look what the Easter Bunny dropped off for them:

He even ran eggs all the way up the stairs and into their rooms!
This morning we went upstairs to get them and they immediately started collecting eggs!
They collected them all the way down the stairs!

Braedyn kept stopping to open his eggs and check out the candy...

but, Brookelyn was on a mission to see her loot! Then, Brookelyn saw all her goodies!

Uncle Jacky helped her inspect the Barbie make up she apparently had been wanting "her entire LIFE!"

They couldn't wait to dig into their chocolate bunnies!
Then, it was karaoke time with Uncle Jacky!
And, everyone got all dressed up to head over to Gramma and Grampa's for Easter lunch.
We LOVED being able to have Uncle Jacky here to share in all the fun!
And, if that wasn't fun enough, there were MORE eggs at Gramma and Grampa's!

It was a wonderful day!
