Uncle Jamie Comes!

We have had so much fun this weekend...and it is only Saturday night! Uncle Jamie came in on Friday night and we have:

1. Gotten all dolled up for dinner; doesn't he look handsome?!



2. Played outside in the little swimming pool (we took a little time out for a photo shoot).


3. Learned why it is important not to point a water gun at yourself!



4. Realized how much more fun it is to point the water gun at Daddy--especially while he is trying to mow the lawn.

5. Played in the baby pool for the first time (well really the first time that truly counts--he was too little last summer to remember).

6. Got Uncle Jamie to hold me for the first time. He is such a natural!

7. Wrapped Uncle Jamie around my little finger...

8. twice really, really tight! How many bachelor uncles will do this?

Happy Easter (a little late)!

Easter morning Brookelyn woke everyone (including Braedyn) up at 6:00 am! She just couldn't wait to see what the Easter Bunny brought her. Here she is coming out of her room to find her eggs that led her to all her goodies in the living room. And here is Mr. Braedyn just happy to be up so early with his big red egg!

Brookelyn continues following all her eggs, collecting candy along the way (needless to say she was BOUNCING off the walls by 8:00 am)!

Braedyn Is Crawling!

Check out this video of Braedyn crawling. It isn't pretty, but he is doing it nonetheless. Yeah Braedyn!!



Needless to say, this does not bode well for his OCD sister who has to have all of her toys just right--her perfectly furnished dollhouse was Braedyn's first casualty this morning!

Easter Fun

On Saturday we took the kids to Brookelyn's school for an Easter Egg Hunt. We had a great time! Here is a little video and slide show of the excitement!

We had such a great time at ACE's 2nd birthday party--in fact so much fun that I took only one picture (what a bad Aunt)! I am hoping Honey is going to send me some pictures that I can post. However, here is the one picture I did take:




Thanks to Aunt B and Uncle J for the cowboy hat! Braedyn looked absolutely adorable! Speaking of adorable, I had to post this video of Braedyn's latest dance moves:

He is obsessed with drawer knobs and loves to "get his groove on" right before bathtime!
